Training : IRM conducts Christian Leadership Training Institutes, Schools of Evangelism for various groups, equipping them for an effective and spirit filled ministry. We help and encourage the full-time gospel workers by providing them spiritual books freely.

         In the last 15 to 20 years the number of independent Evangelists and Gospel workers has almost doubled.  But strangely most of these new comers are totally untrained and uneducated. These independent Gospel workers with their rural origin and with nil or minimum education will never be accepted in a traditional Bible School or College. They have the zeal but they don’t have the expertise. But if they are properly equipped and trained, with their rural origin and with their knowledge of the local dialect and culture, they are sure to take the message of the Gospel to the rural masses in the most effective way.

         The Lord laid a special burden on IRM to train, encourage and equip such rural Pastors and Evangelists through Christian Leadership Training Institutes conducted all over the State. About 80 to 100 village Pastors and Evangelists are trained in each CLTI for three to four days. The trainees meet their own travel and IRM provides them food and accommodation. Senior Pastors and noted Bible Teachers in the State have been roped in on the faculty. So far more than 1500 rural Pastors and Evangelists have been trained in 19 CLTIs conducted in different parts of Andhra Pradesh. We praise God for the wonderful results that are coming in.

The training does not stop with the classes.  Some of our senior leaders go to the fields and help the village Pastors in their work. We also provide them with Bible Study materials and literature for free distribution. As the Lord enables us, we would like to train and equip another 2000 more rural Pastors and Evangelists through Christian Leadership Training Institutes by the year 2010.
